This robust pump system is designed for efficient and reliable water extraction, delivering a minimum discharge of 375 ml per stroke or 15 liters in 40 strokes completed within one minute. It operates seamlessly at static water level depths ranging from 20 to 40 meters, making it ideal for varying groundwater conditions. The stroke length is precisely engineered at 125 mm ± 4 mm to ensure consistent performance. The pump’s cylinder is available in durable materials, including Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, or UPVC, suitable for borewell casing sizes between 100 NB and 150 NB. Connecting rods are constructed from high-strength Mild Steel or Stainless Steel in 3-meter lengths, ensuring durability and longevity. The rising main options include 32 NB MS GI riser pipes, Ø 38 mm x 2 mm SS pipes, or 40 NB UPVC pipes with couplers, as well as UPVC pipes with SS sockets and nipples, all in 3-meter lengths. The above-ground structure, comprising the pump stand, head, handle, and water tank, is crafted from Mild Steel with a hot-dip galvanized coating for enhanced corrosion resistance. This system is built to deliver reliable performance for long-term water extraction needs.
